I never imagined that the art will take this shape in times to come. Inmates of six Canada prisons can now enjoy safe, clean and hygienic tattoos with the implementation of a new $700,000 program. It’s an excellent idea which will save a lot of money in the long run, as it costs $25,000 per year to treat one inmate who is infected with Hepatitis C.
The legal tattoo costs only $5 for a two hour session. Jailhouse tattoo artists using sewing needles and escalating chances of infections will now be getting new needles and ink.
What? Already planned to visit Canada? But dear, your fishy mind will have to play some tricks to get into the prison first. Be aware!
