Im sure this guy got his Bowser/Happy Birthday tattoo heavily under the influence. I mean I have no explanation for such a toned-down version of the mean King Koopa. He looks so happy it’s almost sickening. Watching Bowser play guitar is something we really could live without. Gosh, I cannot even imagine how shocked this guy must have been to find out what he had got permanently inked on his arm after the weed wore off!
