I can’t tell if this was deemed a good or bad tattoo, but the opinion of one post up is that it’s the worst tattoo ever.

Getting a tattoo of something so fleeting and cheesy as a YouTube star is no worse than getting a tattoo of pieces of candy or even a can of food, which happens quite a lot. Cheesy but it happens more than you might think.
