This is one of the most unrealistic tattoo ideas that I have come across. The chest skin tearing apart effect to reveal the black spider and the web looks very cinematic. I am not sure whether somebody actually has this design tattooed on his chest or it is just a computer generated design yet to be grafted on skin. Thats why I call it unrealistic. Only someone with super-obsession for Spidey will go for this one.
