I thought it to be a product of Photoshop but astoundingly it was not. The tattoo is a reality show on the face of Frank at Derm FX Tattoo in Montreal.
Will he ever repent for this tattoo and like to see his earlier face again? May be he will not... but our society is such at some moment he would like to cover his face on some occasion.
The tattoo has changed this living man into a Skull. I would like to know what thought came to his mind that he changed his identity. I have seen Misfits tattoo on arm, leg and many other locations of body, but this is an intense example of facial tattoo. It is like wearing a mask on the face.

Usualy you tattoo yourself to manify part of your body or all of it. Here you’ve got the opposit, although it’s a great piece of art talking about the work donne, it’s realy horrifying to watch. Personaly, I don’t think I would have such a face in my bed or in front of my plate every day ! Maybe the only moment would be Halloween!

As a tattooed father, professional tradesman and active participant in all community activities, (and, yes, that includes ink on my face), being different is whatever I want it to be.
