Edward Norton with his dazzling tattoos in the movie AMERICAN HISTORY X glittered Hollywood and the skin art world with a menacing ambience. The black and white piece of art was similar to the body art displayed by white supremacist skinheads. Also initials D.O.C. (Disciples of Christ) were tattooed between his shoulder blades.
The character, Derek Vinyard, played by Norton in the movie, takes his life on a positive track after his rejuvenating prison life but his past is still having a permanent mark on his skin.
Even today many people face similar fate and struggle to adjust in the new life cycle. Numerous programs have been introduced to help these gang members remove their tattoos, the symbols of violence, they hate. It will definitely help these members to bury their horrible pasts and start a new life.
