Ok, I really don’t know what the Euler Identity is, or what it stands for. But since this is the only math-related term I know (I heard someone using it on the news once) I thought I’d use it to describe this funky math knuckle tattoo. Though the owner of this tattoo does not mention what it is, or what it stands for, we still admire him for his innovative spirit and his courage of standing up to numerous catcalls that I’m sure he will have to endure over the rest of his lifetime. P.S. can someone tell me what this equation thingy is really called?

It might make your brain twist, but read the whole section. It helps to explain why the guy with this tattoo gave this story:
”I got the tattoo because I like the idea of math not being well behaved. That sound’s lame and I really don’t mean that in some kind of A is for Anarchy type way. I just think that its kind of nice that something as perfectly functional as math can kink up around the edges.”
It’s a Function
They are Quite fun
I would prefer the Pythagoras theorem myself
