My guy friend got similar to that for Halloween that was temporary (custom); but his alternate motive was to test out the design before he got the real tat on his back. It actually was a cool idea and turned out well for him.
I meant to say he got his custom tattoo design from straytats.com in case someone asks me.
I think this looks amazing, very real and life-like.
