No, I would not say mind-blowing for this one. Number 13 has definitely turned out to be an unlucky number for my friend over here; perhaps he’s inspired by Friday the 13th. Anyway, the other one with a question mark and a piercing speaks of itself. Hold your tongue, get it inked, and every time when you want to nag someone, just pull it out straight.
