When Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and lovers are in mood to have a memorable time with their partners, Kristin Cavallari has just in time decided to remove the initials of her ex-boyfriend from her wrist. The former MTV reality star, Cavallari dated actor Nick Zano from 2006 till December 2007. Kristin has already made the first move to rid of her body art which reminds her of her ex-flame. She recently visited the office of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan, to undergo a treatment to remove the tattoo. An insider revealed:
It is kind of painful, but she wants that thing off.
