This piece is a great amalgamation of English alphabets and HTML codes. Tattoo adds super nerdy twist to this art. I really want to go inside his mind to know the reason behind his this tattoo. The tattoo does not seem to reflect any significance for me and I am beating around the bush to say that he might be a nerd.

I can understand the top line with the slash character is read as ”end of head”, while the bottom line is read as ”start of body”. To me it seems
that he thought it would be funny to consider himself a webpage.
You’d really have to have the right look and enough other art to offset it, but I’ll admit it’s pretty hilarious for the right circle... I’m less sure about the hat.
