Tattoo artists from True Image Tattoo Studio, New Kensington will add permanent colors to Steelers Super Bowl XL victory by marking fans with Steelers’ tattoos and that too for charity. The charitable tattoo fund-raiser will help local children at the Asthma Center at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
