Laws, ordinances, bills, legislations and blah! blah! blah! are hovering over tattoo industry. Today it’s a global phenomenon, exploding only this year. The 200-plus tattoo parlours and skin piercing businesses in Scotland will be facing tougher regulations from April next year.

Doesn’t matter, I have inked my parents’ most wanted autographs on my report cards many a times during school days. Now please don’t call the poor chap’s burly dad for verification. Better clean up your parlor and sharpen the tattoo gun’s needle. That’s it!
