We’ve heard of the Screw-on-Head but the times are certainly changing and that ‘on’ has vanished somewhere making way for a new definition of Screw Head Tattoos. The other difference is the fact the head isn’t a screw, instead, it is a screw gutted into the head, so maybe it is altogether a different pattern which we don’t yet comprehend.

It’s a tattoo paying respect to DJ Screw’s music. DJ Screw was from Texas hence the Texas state outline and I’m pretty sure that’s a grill in the guy’s mouth.
