If parents can have tattoo of their kids on the body, then why can’t one have a portrait-tattoo of his pet? If you love and care for your pets, then you are nothing less than a loving parent to them. While some people prefer just the face, many love to ink the whole body with cute postures. Recent researches have revealed that when one stays with a pet for a longer period, both have remarkable effects on each other. Moreover, their facial expressions also look similar in many cases. We can analyze how close the relation becomes with age; undoubtedly, the pet-portrait-tattoo alone can make it complete. These pet-tattoos not only immortalize your dearest pet, but also explain the relationship you share.

Why not? Pink had her pet bulldog tatooed on her arm after he died..I was damn close to the point of inking my Sabastian, when he died not long ago..For some it is tacky, ridiculous, or odd..for others it runs deeper, as a source of grieving, an outlet and memorial.
Oscar you are right. Tattoo is something that narrates your love for the one you have inked. Well, perhaps I am not so emotionally attached to any pet, hence unable to feel the urge. But you must post your pet-tattoo for us to see, if you get it done.
