I am not an ardent follower of tattoo culture, but whenever I chance upon something as unique and eye-catching as this UV star tattoo, I make it a point to alter my ego and indulge in the beauty of the art.

I don’t think the ”ringlike design” is a tattoo, actually - it looks like a blacklight reactive spacer for a stretched ear piercing, with the black star actually a tattoo on the neck behind the earlobe. The stars are beautiful, though!
I would caution people getting UV tattoos that they might not be removable with lasers. I have experience with multicolor tattoos but fluorescent tattoos are notoriously difficult. Your site

This is my tattoo..or tattoos, rather. The ring you see is my ear jewelry, clear (uv reactive) acrylic ear spacers/tunnels in inch and a half diameter. The stars were done by Gary at Elite Tattoo in Beaumont, Texas. If you think the stars are cool, you should see my face...lol...
