There are many tattoo palours in Delhi, one in Alaknanda is quite famous. The tattoo designs vary from Rs. 2000 (small piece) to Rs. 50,000 (whole back).
The price varies from every sphere. I have just given you an idea and will be back with more info.

i know that tattoo’s are a choice and for the person. but to put such a piece of tragedy upon on flesh is worse than the event it’s self.

I checked out at alot of places and the best places for tattoos in Delhi is Devil’z tattooz at PVR Priya,n in gurgaon there is Funky monkey, good but too expensive.
