Guess why the fellow got this Twitter fail tattoo inked! Ryanatmghwom promised he’d get the tattoo if Baltimoremd got 3000 followers but some people quit and it’s now at 2,992. I’m sure he won’t remove this cool Twitter fail tat for this failure, will he?
