This tattoo should be ideally flaunted by the US President George W Bush. What say? The design indicates two situations-war and peace. There is a pointer seen here pointing towards war zone. This tattoo is really looking very simple and hip. Well, did the guy sporting this cool tattoo on his arm had a fight with his wife? I wonder, whether this black ink can be removed or rather modified to make the pointer towards peace sector, immediately when the war or fight gets over. That too would be a lengthy and costly affair. So better keep the pointer in the middle only always, as a sign of neutrality.

well... this tattoo has nothing to do with fighting with his wife... it’s clearly about hating the gas prices... and when you’re tank is on empty it’s like war... but when it’s full all is good.... yep.
I believe the tattoo is more in depth. War and piece is on a gas gauge and War is on the empty side of the gauge. I believe it is talking about oil and as we run out of oil we need more and a lot of Americans believe one of the major factors in the Iraq war was oil. One could say as there is less oil for your country or even in the world there will be more war over the existing supply. I think that is the essence this is trying to capture.
